Chiron Health, after much thought and careful consideration, has made the very difficult decision to shut down our business and discontinue services as of Monday, November 4th, 2022. You’ll continue to have normal access to the platform until that date and that we’ll remain “business as usual” right up until that point.
Patients: No action is required on your end.
Providers: You are encouraged to perform a final export of any appointment information from Chiron prior to the shutdown, by following the steps outlined in the article HERE. You can create an export file for any given date range and the file itself includes all the appointment information and payment collection details needed for a final reconciliation.
It’s important to note that you will not be able to access the Chiron Health platform or perform that export after the shutdown date, so please be sure to access your data before Monday, November 4th, 2022.
While the team here at Chiron continues to share enthusiasm and passion for its founding goals and values, and had hoped to continue on through a sale or merger, circumstances have not played to our favor.
I do want to take a moment to thank all the providers and patients on our platform for helping us grow Chiron from a small Austin-area startup into the well-established platform we are today. I know many of you have been with us for quite some time, so you’ll share our complicated feelings on this occasion. We appreciate you sticking with us through the years!
