The Chiron Health team strives to provide top-notch support for patients and practitioners. The new location of our support articles is a way for Chiron Health to further extend support for all users, enabling more support outside of normal support hours. Answers to the most commonly asked questions can now be found anytime in a simple and easy to use sidebar located inside the Chiron Health software.
These new support features are designed to help boost the support that Chiron Health users already receive from a dedicated support team. Patients and practitioners will be able to look forward to a redesigned support center where they’ll be able to get all kinds of help and tips on how to make their video visit a positive and convenient experience.
